In response to customer feedback, we built the Clarion Community Server web portal.
The Clarion Community Server hosts Blogs and Forums to provide the opportunity to interact with SoftVelocity employees, and Clarion developers from around the world, in order to share knowledge and news about Clarion products and technologies. The current Community platform provides online news Forums, and a Blogging system.
Online News Forums
We built the online news Forums so that the newsgroups are easier to access. Whereas previously, developers needed to use an NNTP capable newsreader to access the newsgroups, the Clarion Community Server now provides newsgroups on Web pages that can be accessed using any web browser, making the newsgroups accessible from anywhere you have an Internet connection.
These informal online forums make it possible for participants to get help from others who have experience using a specific technology as well as to share their knowledge, and are accessible 24/7
Blogs
Blogs are web pages which are updated frequently, written from the point of view of an individual in an informal tone, and expose an RSS feed for syndication. The Blog system provides SoftVelocity employees an easy and effective way to publish technical articles, project status updates and new product ideas. The blogs also allow you to be a contributor. You can share your thoughts, ideas, and opinions.
Use these communities to get product information, answers to questions, find solutions to problems, and to share your own expertise with the Clarion community.
