What are your favorite 3rd Party Tools & Why?

I have some $$ coming and can make some purchases and am thinking 3rd Party Clarion tools. I already have Capesofts Office inside and am thinking of getting:
Capesoft: Hyperactive,Replicate, Secwin, Keeping Tabs, Makeover, FileManager3, TickerTape.
Anybody have any other ideas or favorites? Why do you like them and what do you do with them?

Hi!
I would keep an eye on www.noyantis.com as Andy Wilton is planning to release wrappers for the CodeJock controls. These controls can give your application a very snazzy look and user interface.
