Hi JayCee,
all Windows (16/32) programs are based on the architecture and commandsets of the x86 processor family, introduced by Intel some while ago. This means that all Clarion programs compiled to an EXE are depending on this x86-enviroment. You can't even get a Clarion program get to run on a Windows Mobile PDA / Smartphone (- until soon*) because their architecture is built upon ARM processors.
If you want to emulate another OS on a Mac look for Parallels Desktop for Mac
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallels_Desktop_for_Mac
http://www.macwindows.com/emulator.html
http://trac.kju-app.org/wiki http://bellard.org/qemu/ http://bellard.org/qemu/status.html http://www.claunia.com/qemu/ http://www.emulators.com/download.htm
* until soon..... With Clarion.Net you can also write programs for mobile devices running Windows Mobile.
SV offers Templates for PHP so you can "write" PHP-files that are able to run on any php-supporting webserver (Apache, both under Windows or Linux)
Capesoft offers Nettalk with which you can write your own webserver (using all Clarion-supported DBs from TPS to SQL etc), running on a Windows-box but serving generic webpages which can be surfed with every underlying OS
hth Wolfgang

Hi JayCee,
What Wolfgang said! All I can add is that Clarion 5.5 apps run flawlessly on Intel-Macs equipped with Parallels. We bought a MacBook just to test run our PrintFire Estimating programs and make sure.
See http://talkprinting.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=88
Presumably, Mac OS X Leopard with Boot Camp will work as well as Parallels, the main difference being that you have to decide which OS to run at startup. With Parallels, the OS can be switched at runtime.
See http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/bootcamp.html
Emulators for Macs with Motorola chips are a mixed bag. Haven't tried the latest versions, but when we experimented with them a couple of years ago, we quickly threw in the towel.
